i have been training abs and circuit training for like 3 weeks, hoping to get some pacs and lose some body mass...and the result was rather not what i had expected.i lost close to approximate 1.5 kg from 54.5kg to 52.5-53kg.i wanted the body mass of 52 kg,so it will be easily for me do jumping movement. and for the abs.so-so only.got the outline only.aiya.i gonna train more.ECCENTRIC! CONECENTRIC!i dun know wat it mean.here is the abs result.the last pic is random one..
