"....Montfort Wushu Team was founded in 1973. Till 2006, it has an extensive history of 33 years, achieving constant good results every year during Inter-School Wushu Championships. In 2006 Inter-School Wushu Championship, our Wushu Team won 4 silvers in 4 different events. Captain, Lau Hong Wei achieved 2 silvers in his events: Individual 2^nd International broadsword routine and Individual 2^nd International cudgel routine. Lim Guohong had the first attempt in his individual 2^nd International spear routine and clinched silver for the team. Our ‘C’ division boy, Matthew Voon also won his first Wushu silver in the 1^st International sword routine. Wushu team Captain Lau Hong Wei was selected into the combine school team for training and is now in Singapore National Team, representing Singapore in the Asia Wushu Competition 2008 that was held in Macau...."
