kinda sick of jogging.turn to workout.
Standard pull up bored me...

tried Behind-the-neck pull-up.
quite hard for me.
but,still managed to do 5 one shot.
but after reading some forums,
this pull up is bad for the shoulder.
siao la,i have been doing it for the past 2 weeks liao.
hey hey,just saw a type of pull up that interest me.
it is called the muscle-up.
that would be freaking cool if i manage to do it in my sch's gym or public
(at least 10 rep and above.)
sure those muscle freaks will be freak out.
currently, can do 3 rep,i happy liao
